Adam is a highly experienced flexible workspace consultant and operations specialist, with extensive industry experience across Australia and the UK. He specialises in helping landlords, property owners, agents, and operators optimise commercial assets through flexible workspace and coworking solutions.

With a strong background in senior leadership roles, Adam brings end-to-end expertise across flexible workspace strategy, space planning and activation, site feasibility studies, business case development, sales strategy and operational delivery.

In Australia, Adam served as Sydney General Manager at Hub Australia, where he held full strategic, financial, and operational responsibility for the growth and performance of the Sydney portfolio. During this time, he played a key role in expanding and strengthening Hub Australia’s national position in the commercial property market.

Prior to relocating to Australia, Adam spent nine years with London Executive Offices (rebranded as Argyll), a leading provider of premium serviced offices in London. Operating across 30+ prime London locations, Argyll catered to high-end corporate clients seeking luxury office spaces and business lounges. As a member of the senior leadership team, Adam contributed to operational strategy, portfolio performance, and business growth within London’s highly competitive flexible workspace market.
