Adam is a seasoned flexible workspace and operations specialist with extensive industry experience across Australia and the UK.

With a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles, Adam possesses comprehensive expertise in delivering solutions to occupiers, landlords, and operators. He has mastered all facets of space planning and activation, site feasibility and business case planning, operational team planning and hiring, and ongoing operations.

In Australia, Adam solidified his standing as the Sydney GM at Hub Australia, where he held strategic, financial, and operational responsibility for the Sydney business's growth and development.

Since 2020, Adam has been advising landlords, property owners, agents, and brokers throughout Australia on incorporating flexible workspace solutions into commercial assets. His notable projects include creating and managing flexible workspace products for Scentre Group's Works By Scentre Group and Centuria Capital's cirque by Centuria.

Before relocating to Australia, Adam dedicated nine years to London Executive Offices (rebranded Argyll), a prestigious provider of premium serviced offices in London. Known for offering high-end office spaces and business lounges, Argyll operated across 30 prime locations in London, catering to an elite clientele seeking luxurious, professional work environments. As part of the senior leadership team, Adam contributed significantly to the company's operational strategy and played a key role in driving its success in the competitive London market.
